Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics

Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (ZUFE), founded in 1974, is a province-level university located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, which is one of the richest provinces in China.

The university covers six branches of learning: literature, science, economics, law, management, engineering. The university has 37 specialties for undergraduate studies, and it is entitled to confer masters degrees in 15 programs and has joint doctoral degrees in 3 programs. The university has over 800 academic staff including 114 professors and 275 senior lecturers. It has 11 schools: School of Public Finance & Public Administration, School of Accounting, School of Finance, School of Business Management, School of Information Technology, School of Law, School of Economics & International Trade, School of Foreign Languages, School of Humanities, School of Art and School of Dongfang. There are more than 16,000 full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at the University. Under its administration there are 5 Provincial Key specialties in Industrial Economics, Accounting, Finance, Public Finance and Business Management. It has established 42 research institutes and centres.
